Psilocybin Retreats for Healthcare Professionals

Caring for others can leave little room to process what you carry. This 6-day guided psilocybin retreat in Jamaica offers healthcare professionals a private setting for rest, reflection, guided ceremony and integration support.

Why Healthcare Professionals Choose ONE Retreats

Healthcare work can ask you to stay present through pain, fear, loss and uncertainty. Over time, that can change how you feel in your body, how you relate to patients and how much of yourself you have left after work.

Many healthcare professionals come to a retreat after years of pushing through. Some feel emotionally tired. Some feel numb. Some still care deeply but feel less connected to the work that once felt meaningful. Others are carrying grief from COVID-19, emergency care, ICU work, patient loss or long-term exposure to suffering.

Compassion fatigue can show up when caring for others starts to feel harder than it used to. Burnout can show up as exhaustion, cynicism, detachment or a sense that work keeps taking more than it gives back.

ONE Retreats does not present psilocybin as a guaranteed treatment or cure for burnout, depression, PTSD, anxiety or compassion fatigue. The retreat is a guided legal experience in Jamaica with preparation, screening, ceremony support, rest and integration.

This retreat may be right for healthcare professionals who want

  • A legal guided psilocybin retreat in Jamaica
  • Space away from clinical demands and patient-facing pressure
  • A small group setting with private room options
  • Preparation before the retreat begins
  • Two guided psilocybin sessions
  • Daily support from the team on site
  • Time for rest, reflection and emotional processing
  • Post-retreat integration after returning home
  • A setting where you are supported instead of being the one in charge

Psilocybin, Burnout and Careful Expectations

The screening process includes remote group and one-to-one facilitator sessions before travel. These sessions cover goals, health history, retreat expectations, current support and any medication or medical concerns.

Guests are advised to speak with their own physician before attending. This is especially important for anyone with depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis history, suicidal thoughts, major medical conditions, heart concerns, substance use concerns or current medication use.

Legal psilocybin access in Jamaica, trained facilitation, medical screening, doctor and nurse presence during ceremonies, emergency protocols and post-retreat integration are part of the retreat process.
