This was an incredible experience. The staff there is extremely kind and they are true healers. The food was awesome. You are right on the water in Jamaica with a beautiful ocean breeze that will calm your soul. The rooms worked great and had adequate air conditioning. The psilocybin journeys we did opened up my conscious to so many things that have allowed me to be renewed and improved version of myself. I will cherish this experience and be forever grateful for ONE Retreats and the great work they are doing for people in their healing journey.

My experience with ONE Retreats was a 10 out of 10! The staff were incredible, food amazing, and the vibes were top tier. This was my first Psychedelic Retreat and the whole experience from the prep before you arrive to the post retreat check ins are all done with such care and love. My experience with One Retreats Jamaica was simply divine. I have struggled to write this review because there are so many wonderful things I want to say about this experience, the location, the staff, and the expert team of guides. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unique, special, transformative and safe. They took a group of strangers and transformed us into friends that deeply care for one another and are invested in our individual and collective well-being. They expertly guided our week and our medicine sessions to facilitate experiences that were truly healing and generative. I only wish I could have stayed longer to continue to growth. Thankfully, they also have wonderful integration resources to ensure we continue to incorporate our experiences to transform our daily lives. I am in deep gratitude and highly recommend this retreat to anyone that will listen!

Quite simply, one of THE most transformative and inspirational experiences of my life. The staff is incredible, the food warms the soul, the journeys with the medicine are LIFE-CHANGING and I can't wait to return. I've never felt so seen, heard, protected and cared for. 10s across the board. First I want to say that I'm proud of you, it is hard to identify that we need help. Taking the step to read this and consider going on this retreat is a big step, keep it up.

It's hard to take time out of our busy lifes to do something for ourselves, I definitely had alot of excuses that I could have used to not do this. But I pressed forward and had a profound experience that definitely changed my life for the better. I was in the military for a bit and during that time I got a few different Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) and this has been negatively affecting my life. During my treatment I felt like the plant medicine was doing exactly as it was ment to and created new neuro pathways and to do this it needed to break through scar tissue. So being a few days on the other side of this treatment I have peace and stillness in my daily life, something that has been difficult for me to find.

Treating the brain is challenging, it feels like trying to do a rubiks cube in a cave with no light. So it is about set/ setting/ and intention. The One Retreat staff are all amazing people, the facility is beautiful and peaceful, the food was amazing and healing.

I will be forever grateful for the help and healing I received.

ONE was a top-notch production - start to finish.  It takes a lot of guts to do this but the Angels hovering over Tingalayas Resort provided the most profound & important experience of my life.  These people are real pros; so supportive & giving.  A beautiful resort, food beyond excellence, and memories to last a lifetime.

My 72 year old soul was nourished & healed
I attended a recent retreat with One Retreats (October 2024) and I am still experiencing amazing benefits and growth. I chose them because of their extensive knowledge of the medicine and their heart centered approach. It was a magical week in paradise for me-bonding with like minded individuals and sharing two deep and meaningful ceremonies as a group. Everyone was showing up for one another in an authentic manner and it was beautiful. The jungle and beach property was truly special and lovingly maintained. The food was healthy & delicious (some of it grown in their own gardens). The music for the ceremonies was incredible and was all original compositions by our musician for the week- a Jamaican artist. By far the secret sauce of this retreat was the people. Warmth, compassion, support and love was evident and abundant from the beginning to the end from everyone at One. I felt so accepted and cared for. The sacred mushrooms in this setting made profound ceremonies with powerful magic and healing. A retreat like this with facilitators and staff living their beliefs and values is amazing! Life changing ????
What a life changing experience! I was going through a lot and didn’t know what direction I was going in. This retreat gave me the tools and also opened my eyes to the real meanings of things. It was literally paradise and I was able to shut the noise out and focus and connect back with my inner self. All the staff where so welcoming and caring and I felt at peace to just open up ,without feeling any judgement or concerns. Everyday since I’ve come back I’m gaining more confidence and knowledge and for such a long time I’m now looking forward to the future. Try ONE Retreats in Jamaica, you won't regret it.
I had been to Jamaica many times in the past, and knew it was truly a paradise island. I wanted to go back to Negril, but being a solo traveler, I also wanted find some connection with the people I would meet there. ONE Retreats served this purpose perfectly. The retreat guests became an instant family-like social group, while the retreat staff saw to all our needs.The ONE Retreats team provided a perfect environment and excellent guidance during each journey. For me the journeys were profound, and healing to a large degree because of the knowledgeable and caring support provided by the team. Between the journey days, the planned activities were relevant, useful and fun.I stayed in Jamaica several days after the retreat ended, which allowed me to contemplate and integrate the retreat experiences while they were fresh, without the inevitable distractions waiting back home. In May we took part in a five day magic mushroom retreat at One Reatreats in Jamaica. What happened in these days was a life changing journey with the help of the magic mushrooms and under the caring and professional guidance of the One Retreats staff.
