Our retreat includes the full program from preparation to follow-up. You have 2 guided psilocybin sessions, daily support on-site, meals, luxury accommodation and excursions. You also have a short preparation call before you travel and a follow-up group call after you return home.

In Negril, Jamaica at a beach resort, you spend six days with the team on site. Two guided psilocybin sessions are included, plus daily check-ins and time to rest.

After you go home, you join virtual group sessions with a facilitator. You talk through what came up, then plan simple next steps you can follow.
