I  (72 y/o) attended a recent retreat with One Retreats and I am still experiencing amazing benefits and growth.  I chose them because of their extensive knowledge of the medicine and their heart centered approach. It was a magical week in paradise for me-bonding with like minded individuals and sharing two deep and meaningful ceremonies as a group.  Everyone  was showing up for one another in an authentic manner and it was beautiful. The jungle and beach property was truly special and lovingly maintained. The food was healthy & delicious  (some of it grown in their own garden). The music for the ceremonies was incredible and was all original compositions by our musician for the week- a Jamaican artist.  By far the secret sauce of this retreat was the people. Warmth, compassion, support and love was evident and abundant from the beginning to the end from everyone at One. I felt so accepted and cared for. The sacred mushrooms in this setting made profound ceremonies with powerful magic and healing. A retreat like this with facilitators and staff living their beliefs and values is amazing! The facilitators at One Retreats were warm, respectful, and skilled. As a Muslim woman trying plant medicine for the first time, I felt completely seen and respected—they really honored my needs, values, and beliefs. The journeys were eye-opening, deep, and insightful. But honestly, what truly elevated the experience was everything around it: being surrounded by the beautiful Jamaican nature, eating delicious food that was prepared with so much care, and participating in different kinds of activities such as yoga, meditation, journaling, and breathwork. It all came together perfectly, and the group setting made it even better, creating these amazing connections. I can’t start this review without thanking every individual that played an integral part in the Retreat. One retreats is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. OneRetreats embodied all aspects of emboldened in empowerment I needed as I navigate through my spiritual & transformation journey. The one Retreat team ignited the well of fuel within me, which I will use to embrace the insurgence of confidence, knowledge, gratitude, grace, that experiencing this Retreat has given me. I with the upmost confidence recommend one retreats the team cultivates a very profound and special source of energy that even leaving the retreat you can tap into. I was very impressed with the personalized guest experience, no matter how you show up, you will be embraced with acceptance and love. The whole team goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is what you’re seeking. Some of the activities included were yoga Seasid, meditation, breath work, and lots of community. My experience has set the bar high for future wellness retreats. I can only imagine the amount of work that goes into putting on a retreat such as One retreats and I have to say a profound thank you to every member of the Oneretreats team you truly changed my life. My experience at ONE retreats in Jamaica was magical! Not only is it held at a beautiful resort in Jamaica, the people putting on the retreat were incredibly beautiful humans. You feel so held, supported and accepted. I left Jamaica and this whole experience feeling lighter, happier and overall healthier.
